Tonight's treat--sweet, tart, crunchy, juicy pomegranate seeds ready to enjoy. To get the seeds out you can cut off the crown of the pomengranate, then cut it in quarters and roll out the seeds with your fingers into a bowl of water. Then just drain the seeds and you are ready enjoy treat from nature. The seeds can also be used in a variety of salads.
